Privacy policy

TalentVie processes candidate application data solely on behalf of the hiring organisation you applied to. Candidate files are stored in private storage and accessed only by that organisation's hiring team. Data-retention and deletion requests: contact the hiring organisation, or write to privacy@talentvie.com. A full policy will be published here before public launch.

Calendar connections (Google and Microsoft)

A member of a hiring team may connect their own Google or Microsoft calendar. TalentVie then uses that access for one thing only: to create, move or cancel the interviews they schedule in TalentVie on their own calendar, with a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link and the candidate and panel as guests, and to read those events' times and the guests' replies. TalentVie does not read any other event, email or file, does not use calendar data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not use it to train AI models. The access tokens are encrypted and kept on our servers only. Disconnecting (Settings ▸ Your calendar) or removing TalentVie in your Google or Microsoft account ends the access at once. TalentVie's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
